We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

Return/Refund Window

  • Returns or refund requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of placing your order.

  • After 5 days, all sales are considered final, and we will no longer be able to process any return or refund requests.

Eligibility for Return/Refund

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Digital/downloadable products and personalized/custom items are non-refundable unless defective or not delivered as promised.

  • To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Requests made after the 5-day window.

🔄 How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at info@taglioniatelier.com within 5 days of placing your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return/refund, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  4. The items to be shipped my the costumer.

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
